The Healthcare Foundation relies on unrestricted gifts from individuals and its corporate partners to meet the vision of eliminating health inequity in northern Sonoma County. Healthcare Heroes are donors who make three-year annual commitments of any amount to support of our vision of eliminating health inequities in northern Sonoma County. With your help, we provide grants to frontline organizations working to promote health and wellness in underserved communities. Our Healthcare Hero Community Partners are business sponsors who make a three-year annual commitment. As general underwriters, our Community Partners are vital in supporting the important work being done in the areas of Health Access, Mental Health and Early Childhood Development, helping to create a lasting impact.

Donating stock can be an effective and efficient method of supporting the Healthcare Foundation. Stock donations may enable you to increase your gift while realizing additional tax benefits to you. Check with your broker or tax advisor to determine if a stock donation makes sense to you.

Leave a transformational gift that will eliminate health inequities in our region beyond your lifetime by including the Healthcare Foundation in your estate planning. Your trusted financial advisor can walk you through the steps towards legacy giving which can include naming the Healthcare Foundation as a beneficiary in your will or estate planning vehicles, gifts of stock, property, and life insurance.
