A core way the Healthcare Foundation advances its mission to support the health and well-being of northern Sonoma County is through strong partnerships. We actively convene and collaborate with community members, partner organizations, grantees, and other stakeholders, recognizing that meaningful progress depends on shared effort and collective voice. By building these relationships, we are better able to understand local challenges and opportunities and to organize and advocate effectively for solutions that reflect the needs and strengths of our region.
