If you register for our newsletter or make a donation, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally-identifiable data that can be used to contact or identify you. How long we retain your data

If you submit a form, the form submission content is retained on our server. This is so the appropriate staff person can follow up on your request.

If you register for our newsletter or make a donation, we will keep your contact info in our secure database, so we can send you acknowledgements, our monthly newsletter, and updates on the Healthcare Foundation’s activities. If you wish to opt out of receiving content from us, contact us any time at info@healthcarefoundation.net.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Where we send your data
