Mary Ott

Mary is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive expertise in donor stewardship, event management, and strategic communications. Her collaborative, relationship-driven approach has fostered lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, resulting in increased funding and community support for the organizations she serves. With a passion for mission-driven work, Mary excels in creating donor-centric experiences that align with organizational goals.

Mary holds a degree in American Studies from Penn State University, a Nonprofit Management Certificate from UC Irvine, and is a Certified Volunteer Manager. In 2020 she returned to her hometown of Healdsburg. She is delighted to work in the community she lives in and is dedicated to advancing the mission of the Healthcare Foundation through impactful donor engagement.

In her free time, Mary enjoys outdoor adventures including hiking, biking and fly fishing as well as traveling with her husband, Bruce. The couple has three adult children who live with their families across the country. In 2023, they welcomed twin grandsons. Mary continues to balance her professional and personal passions with enthusiasm and heart.
