Anyone Can Make a Difference
"As a special education teacher to emotionally disturbed children, I see firsthand the importance of mental health services. That's why I'm a monthly sustainer with the Healthcare Foundation." – Maria Smith, Special Education teacher in Cloverdale
2020 Impact Report | 2020 Donor List
Dear Friends,
Like Maria, I decided to become a monthly sustainer (and Healthcare Hero!) because it makes me feel good to contribute to our community every month. Whether it’s $5 or $50 per month, it’s a great way to make a big difference without having to enter your data more than once. Mental health is one of our three pillar areas for support. This season, we are focused on the mental health of our students who have not been able to attend school in nearly a year. With your help, we can provide much-needed counseling support for students who cannot afford private therapy. Please consider becoming a monthly sustainer to help these students for 2021 and beyond.
With gratitude,
Kim Bender
Executive Director
P.S. Thanks to the CARES Act, if you make your donation before December 31st, taxpayers who don’t itemize deductions may take a charitable deduction of up to $300 for cash contributions made in 2020 to qualifying organizations. Please consult your tax advisor.
