Francisco Lopez

Francisco brings a focus on education and mental health to the Healthcare Foundation board, which he joined in January 2021. He earned his BA in History at Saint Mary’s College of California, and afterward earned his teaching credential and taught History at the high school level in Southern California. In 2005, he moved back to Northern California to pursue his Master’s in Educational Leadership and began teaching in Pleasanton. In 2012, Francisco and his sister, Monica, launched their own wine label, Aldina Vineyards, sourcing their grapes from their family’s Fountaingrove District AVA estate vineyard. In 2016, Francisco moved to Sonoma County to work full-time on Aldina Vineyards and also began work on a new project, Bacchus Landing. When he’s not working at Aldina Vineyards or Bacchus Landing, Francisco can be found enjoying time with his family and savoring all aspects of the Sonoma County lifestyle.
