Kathi Safford

Kathi Safford currently works at Hello Alice, based in Houston, Texas, as its Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Hello Alice, Kathi worked and consulted for various organizations in both public and privately held high-growth technology companies. Kathi’s expertise spans all facets of People Strategy with proven and progressive experience in all elements of strategic and operational Human Resources and Organization Development. Kathi holds a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin and MS in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Kathi and her husband Rick moved to Healdsburg in 1993 and have two children, Gina and Geoffrey.
