Pamela Torresdey is a current Operations Supervisor at Providence, where she successfully completed an administrative fellowship that brought her to Sonoma County. With a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science from UCLA, Pamela has developed strong expertise in policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
Coming from a Spanish-speaking immigrant family, Pamela is deeply connected to communities like Northern Sonoma County, which mirrors the community she grew up in. This personal connection fuels her commitment to health equity and community health. Her diverse leadership experiences and background in public health policy align drive her work in increasing access of local healthcare services.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Pamela volunteers as a mentor for college students at Berkeley, fostering the next generation of healthcare leaders. She is also an active member of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE), which further showcases her passion and interest in advocating for equitable healthcare solutions. Pamela is dedicated to using her skills and passion to support the Foundation’s mission, driving strategic initiatives that ensure access and quality healthcare to all in the community.
When not at work, Pamela enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, and finding new local spots to eat!
