Chair

Scott is the co-managing partner of Hafner Vineyard, a small family winery in Alexander Valley. Begun in 1967, Hafner Vineyard focuses primarily on Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines, available exclusively from the winery, are made by Scott’s brother Parke Hafner. Scott oversees the marketing and finance side of the business, where he has worked since 1984. Scott lives in rural Santa Rosa with his husband of 40+ years, Bill Glenn, who is a retired psychotherapist and writer. Scott graduated from Connecticut College where he majored in European History. Scott has served in leadership roles on the boards of Connecticut College, Pacific School of Religion, Horizons Foundation, Sonoma Land Trust, and other nonprofit organizations. Scott’s fundraising experience, particularly in the area of major donor cultivation, has proven beneficial to these organizations and others. Scott’s family has long been active in volunteering in Sonoma County, supporting community health, education, the environment, and agriculture.
