Ms. Lemos Horning is the lead psychologist/program specialist with the Healdsburg Unified School District. Within the Healthcare foundation, Ms. Lemos Horning has been a community member of the Program Committee for the past year. She is a native of Sonoma County and lives in Windsor with her husband and two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the Sonoma County landscapes.
